Cauliflower pizza is really good!

Ordered the Shrimp and avocado salad. It’s supposed to have 12 shrimp, mine was short a few. I dined in and asked that they toss the salad in the lemon basil vinaigrette dressing, they did not. The dressing tasted like mustard sugar and oil. I don’t treat myself much, and when you pay $13 for a SALAD you want it the way it should be. It wasn’t. Very disappointed.

A very popular lunch location. Now they have a new dinner promo; after 4 PM 4 people eat for $24. Soups are good, good kids meals and lunch salads are very good but ask for half dressing or dressing on the side.

I love Newk's, but this one was a grave disappointment. They lost our ticket and took 15 minutes to decide to ask what we had, bringing half our food, thumb in a salad. While we waited, we got to watch one employee stand over open food containers eating mac and cheese, then go stand in the dining area when he was done and flirt with the girl trying to sweep the floor, which a second employee joined in leaning against the table just hanging out and looking unprofessional. The Black and Bleu salad was full of brown lettuce and the bulk of the meat was inedible. My soup was spilled all down the side of the bowl, adding insult to injury.

Ordered from here twice, once via Door Dash and once for pick up; both orders were wrong, even though the receipts showed the correct order.

First time eating there, my food was good, and staff were friendly and helpful.

The food is nice and the price is right... Thanks to Damien Jones one of the managers here, great personality.. I most definitely will come back....

Good service, get my food the way I want it. Teach that one girl that she can't hangup on customers and to say the name of the location. Basic phone etiquette.

I'm really not much for sandwiches, but they have surprisingly good pizza! Finish it off with a slice of strawberry cake and you've got a damn good meal!

They now have a Newk’s Eatery in Naples, FL. I love it since I was a frequent guest in Germantown, TN. the food is consistently good, fresh and what you expect. Good ice tea, big salads, Sandwichs are good too. I’m only giving Naples 4 stars since they don’t have the spicy bread & butter pickles.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Greeted you when you entered the restaurant. Food was a little on the high side for the amount you got. Otherwise good food.

Another business run by people that just don't care. It must be getting difficult to get even average help these days. Too bad because I've been to newk's in other cities and they have been a favorite.

It is always good. Whether its a sandwich or salad....always great.

We are from out of town and they were slammed because of soccer tournaments, the reason we are here. The place was packed. We got our food in a reasonable amount of time with how busy they were. Huge salads. There is something for everyone.

Great place! Wonderful blend of eclectic tastes. They have great soups, salads, sandwiches, sides, and even pizza!! The pickiest eater could surely find something to their liking here. They have quite a large menu so I'd suggest doing some online research before walking in. Everything I've had here has not disappointed. Also, they have several of their soups, sides, and salads prepackaged for take home consumption.

Love the Greek salad, club is excellent as well. Everything always tastes so fresh!

Great food, very friendly staff and quick service.

Vast menu, fresh, great food, great staff. Perfect place for lunch if you're craving sandwiches, soups, salads, or pizza. The desserts are great too. Service is speedy. I would recommend the Newk's Q, my favorite sandwich.

Turkey avocado sandwich was very good had several good size slices of avocado. Wheat bread was delicious and fresh. Turkey was also great quality. Corn chowder sea food soup was a bit too thick and starchy.

It was very busy which is a good thing. I meet friends for lunch there all the time Very nice and good food as well. Good job.

Although the food is always very good this is the dirtiest restaurant i have ever been in. Had to wipe off the least dirtiest table just to eat inside. Food all over the floor throughout whole dining room. It wasn't like it was very busy (5:30 ). Appears that if wasn't cleaned in days. Like I said, good food and service but nasty place to sit in to eat. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Will not return there.

Great food but this is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever walked into. We are here for dinner and there are at least 15 tables that haven’t been cleared probably from lunch! As much as we love Newk’s we won’t be back to this location until someone takes charge to keep it clean.

I had a bad experience here about 2 years ago. Hadn't planned on ever going back. A friend wanted to meet here so I had no choice. What a huge improvement. The Cobb salad was excellent. Service was great.

Overpriced, uninspiring corporate eatery!

Nothing beats their sandwiches and pizzas! Every time I eat one, its a feeling of having something fresh, delicious and super-healthy in my mouth!

The people are friendly and helpful. Never had a better experience at a restaurant. Rice Krispy is the best.

Good salad options. Salad and the options for dressing and choice of meat were nice. Well served and clean Restraunt. Soup was not so great.

Large sandwich with lots of meat and cheese, delicious too! Nice variety from which to choose. Extra large beverage cup which is reusable and recyclable. Just wish their take out boxes were plastic as well.
